Conference Registration

The registration for the IMECS 2021 has started. The early registration fee is US$510 (academics) and student registration is available. Early registration discount and student registration discount will be available.

Because of the health concern for our participants and the travel restrictions in Hong Kong and other countries etc., the organizer decides to adapt ONLY the virtual presentations for our IMECS 2021 to avoid any physical contacts. The participants will make their presentations virtually and there is no need for them to make the travel arrangement. The registration and publication process will the same as our previous conferences, while the instructions for the details of virtual presentations have been planned to announce in August 2021.

The registration fee includes the conference proceedings eBook, and the publication of one accepted paper of up to 6 pages in the conference proceedings.

For each additional paper by the same author, there is a charge of US$180 per additional paper. For papers of more than 6 pages, the page charge is US$40 per additional page.

Cancellation Policy:

- No penalty if cancellation is made until 31 May 2021.
- Reimbursement of 75% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 1 June 2021 and 12 June 2021.
- Reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 13 June 2021 and 31 June 2021.
- Reimbursement of 25% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 1 July 2021 and 18 August 2021.
- No reimbursement for cancellations from 19 August 2021.
