Conference Registration

The registration for the WCE 2009 started on early October 2008. The early registration fee (academics) is US$450 . Early registration discount and student registration discount will be available. The registration fee includes one copy of the congress proceeding, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, congress lunches, the congress dinner banquet and the access to all the WCE conferences and tutorial sessions. The student registration fee does not include the congress lunches and the congress dinner.

Note: Paper registration deadline of WCE 2009 has passed.

The registration fee includes one copy of the congress proceeding, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, congress lunches, the congress dinner banquet and the access to all the WCE conferences and tutorial sessions. The student registration fee does not include the congress lunches and the congress dinner. The registration fee includes the publication of one accepted paper of up to 6 pages in the congress proceeding.

For each additional paper by the same author, there is a charge of US$180 per additional paper. For papers of more than 6 pages, the page charge is US$40 per additional page.

Cancellation Policy:

- No penalty if cancellation is made until 2 February 2009.
- Reimbursement of 75% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 3 February 2009 and 26 February 2009.
- Reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 27 February 2009 and 16 March 2009.
- Reimbursement of 25% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 17 March 2009 and 18 April 2009.
- No reimbursement for cancellations from 19 April 2009.

Please use the "Registration Number" as a remark/message to beneficiary when filling the bank transfer form.
After getting the bank transfer receipt, please add the "Registration Number" in the receipt.
Then, please send the bank transfer receipt by email (wce AT iaeng.org) or by post ("Unit 1, 1/F, 37-39 Hung To Road, Hong Kong") to complete the process.

Note (Only for bank transfer): You need to ask your own bank about the bank processing charge for the bank transfer process as a whole. You must pay for the bank transfer fee when you do the bank transfer. Usually, the bank will charge at least USD 30 for the transfer fee. Suppose, if the net amount that our bank received is less than the required amount, you will need to do another bank transfer again to settle the difference.
