Conference Registration

The registration for the WCE 2017 has started. The early registration fee is US$490 (academics) and student registration is available. The registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceeding, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, congress lunches, the congress dinner banquet and the access to all the WCE conferences and tutorial sessions. The student registration fee does not include the congress lunches and the congress dinner.

The registration fee includes one copy of the congress proceeding, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, congress lunches, the congress dinner banquet and the access to all the WCE conferences and tutorial sessions. The student registration fee does not include the congress lunches and the congress dinner. The registration fee includes the publication of one accepted paper of up to 6 pages in the congress proceeding.

For each additional paper by the same author, there is a charge of US$180 per additional paper. For papers of more than 6 pages, the page charge is US$40 per additional page.

Cancellation Policy:

- No penalty if cancellation is made until 2 February 2017.
- Reimbursement of 75% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 3 February 2017 and 26 February 2017.
- Reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 27 February 2017 and 16 March 2017.
- Reimbursement of 25% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 17 March 2017 and 18 April 2017.
- No reimbursement for cancellations from 19 April 2017.
