Conference Registration

The registration for the WCECS 2018 has started. The early registration fee (academics) is US$490 . Early registration discount and student registration discount will be available. The registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceeding, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, conference lunches, the conference dinner banquet and the access to all the WCECS conferences and tutorial sessions. The student registration fee does not include the conference lunches and the conference dinner.

The registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceeding, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, conference lunches, the conference dinner banquet and the access to all the WCECS conferences and tutorial sessions. The student registration fee does not include the conference lunches and the conference dinner. The registration fee includes the publication of one accepted paper of up to 6 pages in the conference proceeding.

For each additional paper by the same author, there is a charge of US$180 per additional paper. For papers of more than 6 pages, the page charge is US$40 per additional page.

Cancellation Policy:

- No penalty if cancellation is made until 30 April 2018.
- Reimbursement of 75% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 1 May 2018 and 12 May 2018.
- Reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 13 May 2018 and 31 May 2018.
- Reimbursement of 25% of the registration fee if cancellation is made between 1 June 2018 and 18 July 2018.
- No reimbursement for cancellations from 19 July 2018.
